Jackie Harrington III born May 18, 1988, is an American actor, writer, stylist, producer, public figure, and entrepreneur. He has enjoyed success in writing and creating his own content, short films, dancing, hosting and networking for small businesses. Early 2012, Harrington began his career known by his peers as "The Styleologist". During this time he began working with "Eriden Images Photography" by styling their clients. This opened the door for Harrington to begin to connect with businesses all over Jacksonville, Florida. In June 2013, Harrington was known as the creator of the "In Crowd". This platform highlighted up and coming entrepreneurs in the Jacksonville area. Harrington, was resilient at creating opportunities of success for himself and others to thrive. In doing so, he began to make a name for himself known as "A list public figure". Harrington was born in Jacksonville, Florida to his parents Jackie Jr. (a Forklift Operator) and Charlene Harrington (a frontline healthcare worker). He often expresses how much he adores his parents and applaud their success as they celebrate over 30 years of marriage. He grew up in the Riverside neighborhood area, and was raised Baptist. He has one brother and four nephews. Harrington attended Lee High School, a public school in the city of Jacksonville.
During high School, Harrington was a member of the Lee high School band as one of the lead drum majors, drawing crowds from all over to see him perform. After graduating in 2006, Harrington was accepted to Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida where he majored in Business Administration. After two years, Harrington moved back home to Jacksonville, Florida where he begin to work for Eriden Images Photography.
In mid-2015, Harrington began to change the direction of his career by re-locating to Atlanta, Georgia. He interned under celebrity stylist Ryan Christopher until 2016. From 2016- 2019, Harrington started dancing for the "Atlanta Dance Exchange", while simultaneously starting his own beginners hip hop dance class. In 2017, Harrington begin his career in filming on and behind the scenes. Working on television shows and movies such as "MacGyver", "The Gifted", "The Passage", and the BET's television show "The Quad" and many others. In Oct 2019, he received his first speaking role in TVOne's "Fatal Attraction "season 8 as actor Eric Vaughn.
2020 was a breakout year for Harrington. In March 2020, Harrington produced a show called "Chez and Jackie" a live memoir about their life under JHarrington Productions. In doing so, Harrington gained attention of three major platforms "SOM network", "Ambizion Media, and "Ambizion Sound, which are on two major streaming platforms on Roku and Fire TV. In addition, Harrington was also, nominated for "ATL Hottest Actor" by PasskeyChoice Entertainment Network Worldwide.
There is no doubt that Harrington is on his way to being one of the top public figures and film producers of his time. Harrington continues to perfect the skills and qualities needed to strengthen his craft, and continues to connect to mentors and leaders who went before him.
