Born in Boston, MA and growing up on Cape Cod, Janise (Jah-neese) moved to Los Angeles to study acting while working as chef at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, catering The Golden Globes Awards, Oscar Nomination Luncheon, AFI Lifetime Achievement Awards and Movie Premier after parties. Janise studied acting with many coaches in Los Angeles as well as the study of psychology/ NLP under long time friend and mentor Anthony Robbins, the personal performance speaker/writer while attending school for sports physical therapy. She was also a key staff member for Tony Robbins Firewalk seminars as a Trainer for 20+ years and lead team warm up for his crowd on stage. Janise also worked with Deepak Chopra teaching at his seminars both yoga and meditation while staffing his events in La Jolla, CA. After becoming certified with Tony Robbins and Sports Therapy school Janise left her acting aspirations on the back burner and left the cooking field to opened her own sports clinic and became a sports therapist for major Los Angeles sports team players and their coaches using both sport psychology and physical therapy techniques. Janise's full time career flourished by word of mouth doing sports psychology, nutrition and physical therapy to many team players of the LA Dodgers, Clippers, Galaxy, AVP Volleyball players, Olympians, Wimbledon Tennis Champions, Los Angeles Kings and NHL teams in the USA and Canada. Her client base spread around the world in the sports field with the addition of A-List celebrities, actors and legendary music artists. Janise's sports clinic was also a proud sponsor for the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball tournaments on the West Coast annually as well as being an annual sponsor for the LA Kings BudLight Golf Invitational. She also volunteered as a teacher of Martial Arts, old school Karate, to children and young teens at the Boys And Girls Club of America helping kids raise their self esteem. Janise was also an instructor at the Jame Storr Goalie School held at the LA Kings training center in El Segundo, CA. As her work became increasingly popular within the athletic world, Janise made many appearances and did interviews on national TV shows and in international magazines as well as on FOX Sports. She grew extremely popular in the NHL as "The Go To Therapist" and had private client athletes on every team in the NHL with many of her clients becoming Stanley Cup Champions. After a long career in the sports world, Janise retired and returned to her love for acting in 2017.
