Eve Mauro movie list
Actress Eve Mauro was born in Atlanta, GA, to Antonio Di Mauro, a night club owner, and Lucy Strong, who was also in the club business. She, her two older brothers, and three older sisters were raised in a Sicilian American household.
After dropping out of school at the age of 16, she left home and began working in anything from bars, distribution, law firms and the list continues. However, she always knew that acting was what she intended on doing. As soon as she had enough money saved, she bought a one-way ticket to Los Angeles without notifying family or friends.
Once in LA, she started modeling and booked her first job in the Madonna "Hollywood" video. Subsequently, she continued to book jobs on a regular basis, which allowed her to hone her craft in numerous reputable schools. She transitioned from modeling to her acting career when she was discovered by a talent agent while stage acting. She gained momentum, booking her first role as a recurring character on CSI Miami and then acting on many other notable TV shows and movies, leading her to where she is now. In 2016 Eve was cast as a series regular in two television series: Dystopia and Age of the Living Dead, both set to premier in late 2017.
Most recently, Eve was cast in Crackle's upcoming drama series The Oath, executive produced by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson's (Power) G-Unit Film & Television. Eve will play Sergeant Theresa Winters, leader of the cop-gang known as the Vipers. This character is an ice-cold pragmatist who meets with other cop-gang leaders to re-establish ground rules. In this series, the audience will see how good people can be sucked into a dark world of corruption... She will be acting alongside fellow actors Sean Bean, Katrina Law, Ryan Kwanten, Cory Hardrict, Arlen Escarpeta and Micheal Malarkey.
Eve is a passionate supporter of four charities very close to her heart including: Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Save the Children and Susan G. Komen Cure for Cancer.
She currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Oct 31, 2017
